"Define yourself as a professional in a few lines" is a quite tough thing to do. What I can tell out from my past and present experience is what elements my ideal future work ventures shall have.
I like to put it simple this way: "I work with people with my heart, business with my mind and technology with my hands".
1. People
I need to work with people, because my purpose is to inspire people with what I have or what I know, help people live their essence and contribute to make a more human world. I need to work with people (and companies) that share my vision and put people first, no matter what. I only believe in business with people at the heart. That is customers, but also co-workers and society. I enjoy and proactively look for working with people from whatever place and culture in the world.
2. Business
I spent my 15-years career working in international business, from technical project management, to product management, partnerships, channels, branding and marketing. I have had the opportunity of developing my entrepreneurial mindset working as an innovation intrapreneur for big corps, startups and as a self-employed freelance. As a millennial, I have been a digital mind surfing the offline/online duality of the business that now has completely blurred, understanding the two perspectives.
3. Technology
Technology is driving the disruptive changes that occur in our lives, faster and deeper. This is the reason why I love technology, understand it, am curious about it and able to communicate it in a simple way, to serve human needs and evolution. Probably that is the reason why I became an engineer. Working with technology has taught me that learning is not a phase in life, but a life-long attitude, that I enjoy and put to the service of achieving meaningful results every day.
My human superpower: emotional intelligence - respect, extreme empathy, curiosity, self-consciousness, creativity, critical thinking, passion, inspirational communication, coherence.
